Accessories and Consumables

The VivaScope® devices need consumable materials for every examination. 

The tissue ring is made from rust free stainless steel and can be reused repeatedly. However, it must be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

The adhesive plastic window used to attach the ring onto skin is a hygienic disposable product (one-time use) and a new one must be used for each examination. 

A small amount of alcohol is recommended to disinfect the ring and clean the skin, ultrasound gel is used to couple the microscope with the plastic window, and the Crodamol oil is recommended for coupling the plastic window to the skin.
